• 1. Plan: It all begins with a conversation. We’ll discuss your hopes and expectations for your personalized package. Together we’ll create a plan that reflects your individual needs.
• 2. Interview: The interview is the most important element to the process. We will tailor our questions to facilitate a meaningful conversation with your relative.

• 3. Create: Depending on the package, we will create a custom book and video package, including relevant photographs, interviews, testimonials and family artifacts.
• 4. Review: We want your input throughout the process. You’ll get the opportunity to review your package before its completion
• 5. Complete: Your personalized heirloom is sent to your family to be shared and passed onto future generations.
